24 HOUR HELPLINE

You can phone the 24 hour helpline 1800 262677 and talk with a trained worker who understands that you need to make choices at your own pace, and who will support and encourage you to do this.  No one will force you to do anything, if you wish, you can remain anonymous

OUTREACH

We provide a county wide outreach service and can arrange to meet you in a location convenient to yourself or in the home if that is appropriate, simply contact the helpline to arrange an appointment.

REFUGE ACCOMMODATION

We offer 24 hour security monitored accommodation in Letterkenny, unit are self contained 2 or 3 bed roomed (depending on availability)

GROUP SUPPORT PROGRAMMES

We run a group support programme called Journey to Freedom for women who have left an abusive relationship and we have a follow on programme available called Endings and Beginnings.

DART

(Domestic Abuse Recovering Together) Is a 10 week programme for mothers and a child who have left an abusive relationship but where there are difficulties now in the relationship between mother and child. The programme aims to allow young people to express how the domestic abuse impacted on them.
